Bow hair

Before one of the shows, I walked through backstage and the hairdressers had finished up for the day and asked if I wanted a quick hair makeover. Of course I had to agree and they gave me a Gaga bow. A makeup artist also came over and quickly did my eyes.

I also met Keisha Castle Hughes (Whale Rider). She was lovely :)

Anyway, how is your week going? I want to know what you've been up to :) My week has been.. average :P
A couple of nights ago I was playing midnight soccer and it was pretty dark so I couldn't see well. I saw the ball kicked near me so I went down to pick it up (yeah I know I was going to cheat haha) and out of nowhere my friend went to kick the ball and ended up kneeing me in the face.

It's still swelling even after I took that photo 12 or so hours ago. Nice huh?

FW post 3

This is my last Fashion Week post, besides the next one that shows the hair I got done and one where I'm meeting New Zealand actress Keisha Castle Hughes. I hope you enjoyed the last 3 posts!

FW post 2

Sorry again for the blurry quality, I swear next year I will need to invest in a quality camera.

I have to apologise for what I'm wearing, it was pretty much Fashion Week uniform and I had no time to change. Anyway, here I am with Rumi Neely from Fashion Toast I was so star struck!

With a couple of New Zealand celebrities and Derek Fabulous

NomD after show and party.

FW post 1

Sorry for the quality of the photos, for some of the photos I sat in the photo booth area and mixed with all the flashes, my little crappy camera couldn't cope :P

Post 2 will be up within 1-2 days.

New Zealand Fashion Week

NZFW happened a couple of months ago and I must say it was one of the most amazing things I've ever experienced. Not only did I work there, I got to view every single show, go to all the after parties, sit front row next to some of the worlds coolest fashion bloggers, meet New Zealand designers, celebrities and international models, I got to go backstage, experience the model make overs and try on the designers wardrobes (the pieces that fit me anyway).

I'll post the first lot of photos next time I blog, feel free to ask any questions, I'd be happy to answer!

The party leftovers

So, I thought I'd attempt a clean of my bedroom after my Halloween party.. yeah that was over two weeks ago. I'm a very messy person so I wasn't suprised to find a bunch of other peoples belongings mixed amongst mine. I ended up taking a photo of the left overs and sticking on facebook, getting people to tag the owners in the photo, a lot easier than me having to ask 50 odd people.

To leave you on a bad note. I have a wisdom tooth coming through. Right now it's not too painful but my boyfriend is filling me in on how painful it is to have them removed. I had to search it up, the way people describe the before and after pain makes me want to cry. Tips to get through the pain would be appreciated :)

Time for a change

I've had this blog name for a while, it was originally going to be the name of my bag business, but we got a new name, so this blog stayed put. I decided to open it and use it to post my thoughts, photos and anything else that might interest me.

The past few weeks have been pretty hectic! There has been Halloween, Guy Fawkes, parties and end of school. Here are some pictures from then.
